I am a resident of Villa Dorada. This place is not just my home; it's a community that I deeply care about. Recently, we have been faced with vacancies on our board - positions that are crucial for our community's well-being and representation.

The current board and administration have yet to fill these vacancies, leaving us underrepresented and without the necessary voices to make important decisions.

According to the Community Associations Institute (CAI), effective boards are essential for maintaining property values and ensuring residents' satisfaction. Without a full board, we risk falling short of these objectives.

We need new members who can bring fresh perspectives and ideas to help improve our beloved community. We demand from the board and administration that they take immediate action to fill these vacancies with capable individuals who truly represent us.
