Garrett chase was ordered to disburse $79k to me in June of 2022. They were illegally awarded $80k by judge Dawn Thorne that held no hearing and ignored all evidence of fraud. The Supreme Court again ignored my appeal and all evidence of fraud. Garrett chase was ordered to release my portion and instead filed another frivolous law suit banding his own clients Linda naw and Bobby antee, lying about the amount of proceeds that came from the home and is attempting to use Mary Kay holthus the same judge that he litigated the frivolous case on the behalf of the realtor Linda naw to award my portion to his firm. This abuse has gone on for 5 years. This is the 3 case being litigated by the same firm and same lawyer over the same issue. They have stolen my right to justice, my home at 9564 scorpion track ct Las Vegas nv 89178, they stole my property out of the home, and are now trying to steal the money awarded to me that they are holding in their own trust account now for 6 months after being ordered to release it to me.
