Judge Kathy Hardcastle was originally assigned to my divorce matter. After the 10/19/2018 hearing, where I clearly reported mortgage fraud, Kathy Hardcastle transferred my case to Rena Hughes, a judge known for misconduct and abuse of power. Rena Hughes then ignored two motions filed in 12-2018 again reporting mortgage fraud, and allowed Jennings and Fulton and Chris Tillman to collect unearned legal fees for two additional years before she held a trial over a forged deed. There was no jury, no witnesses and she removed all motions filed in 2018 to again conceal the fraud. Three years after Kathy Hardcastle concealed mortgage fraud, her husband Gerald Hardcastle labeled me vexatious and denied my due process and restitution owed to me.
