Since 2012, under the leadership of Head Coach John Harbaugh, the Baltimore Ravens have failed to secure a Super Bowl victory. Despite having a talented roster and multiple opportunities in the playoffs, these chances have often ended in embarrassing losses. It is evident that a change in leadership is necessary to restore our team's glory and competitive edge.

The last time we tasted Super Bowl success was in 2012 under Harbaugh's guidance. However, since then, despite making it to the playoffs six times, we've been unable to replicate that success. This includes three first-round exits which were not only disappointing but also humiliating for us as fans.

We believe that this consistent failure points towards an issue with coaching strategies and decision-making at crucial moments during games. We need a coach who can guide our team effectively through high-pressure situations and lead us back to Super Bowl victories.

Therefore, we call upon the management of Baltimore Ravens to seriously consider our demand for change - starting with letting go of Head Coach John Harbaugh. We believe this step will be beneficial for both our beloved team and its loyal fanbase who deserve better results after years of support.
