We, the undersigned citizens of these United States, call for the immediate and dishonorable resignation of Associate Justices Clarence Thomas and Samuel Alito. This is no mere protest—it is a formal charge against those who have abandoned their sworn duty to uphold the Constitution and protect the rights of the people. Their silence in the face of unlawful removals and judicial defiance amounts to a betrayal of the highest order.

I. Abdication of Constitutional Duty

These Justices stood idle as individuals—many likely citizens—were removed in defiance of lawful court orders. Their inaction was not neutral; it was complicity in the dismantling of due process.

They did not just fail to act—they permitted the collapse of lawful order.

II. Laws and Statutes Flouted

Their failure violates core pillars of U.S. law:

The Fifth and Fourteenth Amendments ensuring due process and equal protection.

The All Writs Act (28 U.S.C. § 1651), which safeguards judicial authority.

The Recusal statute (28 U.S.C. § 455), requiring impartiality.

Immigration statutes (8 U.S.C. §§ 1225–1231), demanding legal procedure before removal.
To ignore these is to defy their oath and the people they serve.
