Our neighborhood has long suffered because of one establishment: Terrace Liqors. Their irresponsible actions have led to damaging our peaceful community atmosphere for years. Recently, they were even temporarily closed due to serving alcohol to minors, a clear violation of legal and ethical standards. Furthermore, with a brand-new Boys & Girls Club being built across the street, it's crucial we ensure a safe and suitable environment for our children.

Terrace Liqors attracts trouble instead of fostering a welcoming community for us and our children. We've witnessed numerous fights, and the lack of cleanliness around the property makes us question their commitment to our neighborhood. Furthermore, their refusal to add trash cans only exacerbates the littering issue, further disrespecting our shared communal space.

The time to act is now. We cannot allow a single establishment to plague our neighborhood with irreverence and irresponsibility. It's time we regain the peace and harmony we are used to.
