I haven't updated my condo situation regarding my nightmare neighbor in awhile due to everything being in motion in my life. 

But till this day my condo is still torn apart. Fire barriers still exposed and at risk of fire. I can't fix anything until the common areas are fixed and the HOA is claiming they don't want to fix anything until the owner is gone. That could take 13 months with foreclosure. I contacted city of Renton code enforcement and they claim they are looking into fining them again. 

So basically I and my community are still in the same spot. I am however in contact with media hoping that will help.
