Hello everyone. Wanted to bring you some new updates. 

1. I won my lawsuit against my neighbor and put a new lien on her property for all the cost I have had to occur. 

2. The HOA has moved forward as of end of August with a Sheriff's sale. 

3. The Owner has sold the unit and it closes soon.  

4. The city/county/state looks to be attempting to find housing for all the individuals in the unit. 

It would appear that this nightmare might finally be coming to an end. I want to thank you all who took the time to sign the petition and comment. This petition definitely made a significant impact on getting the ball finally rolling. I am hoping lessons were learned and the next time a situation like this arises it will be handled more efficiently and in a timely matter to prevent huge losses and stress to homeowners and those in the community. 

Again thank you everyone for all your support, thoughts, and knowledge on this matter. There's power in numbers.
