The Issue

To the producers, executives, and decision-makers at Lifetime, Hulu, Peacock, Disney+, Hulu + Live TV, Philo, Peacock Premium, Lifetime Movie Club, Apple TV, Amazon Video, The Roku Channel, and other platforms supporting any content featuring Gypsy Rose Blanchard.

We, the concerned public, are calling on you to immediately cancel all current and future contracts, productions, appearances, and media deals involving Gypsy Rose Blanchard.

Why This Matters:

Gypsy served time for orchestrating the premeditated murder of her mother, manipulating her then-boyfriend through violent role play. Despite her claims of remorse, a deeply troubling pattern has persisted:

Manipulation from prison: She used unauthorized communication to solicit money and attention, continuing the manipulative behaviors she once blamed on her co-conspirator.

Breach of NDA: Emails from prison show she violated her legal non-disclosure agreement with Lifetime, leaking confidential information to TMZ.

Post-release exploitation: Since her release, Gypsy has capitalized on tragedy—monetizing her narrative via staged photo ops, social media, merchandise, and exclusive deals.

Inconsistent and tone‑deaf public statements: She continues to shift narratives, insert herself into unrelated tragedies, marginalize victims, and use true crime as personal branding without true and genuine accountability.

The Broader Consequences

By continuing to platform Gypsy Rose:

Networks are rewarding violence, manipulation, and deceit for entertainment value—not justice or rehabilitation.

Real victims of abuse continue to be overshadowed and unseen.

Audiences, especially vulnerable ones, are fed a narrative that celebrity, not accountability, is the path to redemption.

We Demand:

Immediate cancellation of all current shows, appearances, and promotional campaigns involving Gypsy Rose Blanchard.

Termination of all active or pending contracts, including any future deals with her or her likeness.

Public statements from networks and platforms—Lifetime, Hulu, Peacock, Disney+ and their affiliates—affirming their stance against glorifying manipulation and violence.

Reconsideration of working relationships with the executive producers: Brie Miranda Bryant, Laura Fleury, Melissa G. Moore, Sharon Scott, Leane Vandeman, and Nicole Vogel.

This is about more than one person—it’s about media ethics, audience responsibility, and the dignity of survivors. Elevating someone with a documented history of manipulation and violence, without genuine accountability, sets a dangerous precedent.

We urge you: stand with integrity over profit. Cancel these contracts. Cancel the show.
