Jennifer Soto willingly made her daughter Maddie, (from the age of 8-13yrs) sleep in a bed with an unrelated, unemployed, adult male whilst Jen slept alone in the main bedroom of the home.

During this time, Maddie was subjected to horrific sexual abuse by Jen’s bf, Stephan Sterns. Stephan groomed this poor unprotected child into eventually engaging in oral sex and full penetrative intercourse. On Maddie's birthday, Jennifer wasn't even home until late that night and instructed Stephan to make sure Maddie showered & washed her hair for school the next day. By the following day, Maddie was deceased. She died of asphyxiation by Stephan at approximately 2:30am in the same spare bedroom that Jennifer, her bio mother, ordered her to go and sleep in the night before. 

Jennifer's negligence makes her just as responsible for the abuse as Stephan (for which he is already arrested for). In the hours of recorded interviews by police, Jennifer’s story has changed significantly the whole time. We know that Jennifer is a drug addict and has an incredibly low IQ, but that does not excuse her from forcing her child into sexual slavery. 

This blatant disregard for her daughter's safety must be addressed immediately. We demand that the Osceola County police arrest Jennifer Soto without delay.
