For many Reaction Channels making content is something they love to do and has become their job! Eric Green doesn’t have the right to strike videos with content that he’s not the creator of.  With most content creators it first started with Bleach reactions getting copyrighted on YouTube. Then Eric Green and his team started to copyright other videos that have nothing to do with Bleach. Many creators are getting SO much strikes at once that their account will be deleted in 7 days. Which is unfair, because it’s fair use! Which results in many content creators/reactors having anxiety, high stress, sleepless nights, and many more difficulties because it’s their job that is unfairly treated.

So Dear YouTube! Please fix your copyright system.

Statistics demonstrate a rising trend in the misuse of API access, with a notable number of claims being challenged successfully, indicating inherent flaws in the current system.

We entreat YouTube to immediately conduct a full and transparent audit of Remove Your Media's activities. Review their takedown requests thoroughly and revoke their API access if any malpractice or disproportionate actions are found. Implement more stringent oversight mechanisms to ensure that only deserving entities have this level of control, safeguarding creators’ work and income.
