Thank you to everyone who had taken the time to hear Elwood's story and to sign his petition. There is an exciting update!

Elwood has a date set for a hearing to decide whether or not there is enough new evidence to gain a new trial. That hearing will be on February 4th, 2022. This is a long awaited event for Elwood that was supposed to happen in 2019. 

Please keep Elwood in your thoughts and send well wishes that all goes well at the hearing. We will continue to send updates and ways to support Elwood.
