We, the residents of the dormitory, are requesting a change in the method used to refund the security deposit.

Currently, the refund is processed via bank transfer, which can often be complicated, slow, and may involve unexpected banking fees, especially for international students who do not have a Japanese bank account or plan to close it before leaving.

Since the agreement does not specify that a cash refund is not an option, we assume it is therefore possible and suggest that the deposit be returned in cash to simplify and expedite the reimbursement process. This would also help avoid delays or complications related to international bank transfers.

This change would make moving out easier and much more convenient for all residents, particularly those returning to their home countries.
