2)  Call their customer service number and do the same 800-535-4028

3)  If you are a Marriott Bonvoy member call do the same at this number 800-627-7468

4) Email Custumer Care.Solutions@marriott.com and do the same.

5)  Send an email to the CEO and do the same anthony.capuano@marriott.com

 Let them know this is no small matter and start the disruption!
