Momentum has completely stalled out, and our signature count has got completely stuck at 259!

Momentum has completely stalled out, and our signature count is completely stuck at 259 so we've hit a roadblock, I am doing everything to avoid chipping in to promote the campaign but we have not seen a single new signature in three days. 

Natural momentum has completely died out, which is why I am posting this update,  and I am not closing this petition any time soon.

While I did have to close this petition several times in recent weeks due to shifting priorities, there are currently no obstacles and this petition is completely open for new signatures.
