PETITION CLOSED - Campaign suspended until further notice

Due to unforeseen circumstances, this campaign will have to remain closed until further notice due to another one of my own campaign's stagnant momentum which has struggled to gain momentum over the summer, though has somewhat picked up in momentum since I posted this original update several hours ago.

I am editing my update and we have no rush in reaching 250 signatures as we are only 9 short. Although the six-month winter shutdown will still commence in 2026 (this year), this is a multi-year petition and we aim to have fully operational "festive cruises" from Hampton Court pier to Westminster by the 2030s.
