While I am supporting another campaign at the moment, I urge all my 180+ supporters to email local MPs to address the infrastructure issue at Hampton Court Landing Stage and the maintenance schedule at Teddington Lock.

Although all non-tidal Thames services are currently operational, we need to prevent another six-month shutdown (its a six-month shutdown, not a "winter closure") from happening again.

This is a dual-purpose petition that also aims to reduce fare evasion and lost revenue on the TfL network, as well as boosting tourism and direct sailings from Kew to Hampton Court during the run-up to the festive season. 

Although we currently have fewer signatures than I had planned by this point due to another campaign getting in the way (which was created after  this one and has already surpassed 300 signatures), we have all summer and autumn to plan and prevent the next six-month shutdown of river services on the non-tidal Thames!
