Like hundreds of other everyday travelers, my journey to work heavily depends on Bus Route 39. Unfortunately, the service provided by Transport for London (TfL) on this line has progressively worsened over time. We experience continuous disruptions including unpredictable delays and often abrupt bus terminations, which causes a major inconvenience and pushes us into frequent episodes of uncertainty that affects our daily routines and activities.

This service degradation is unacceptable and we request that the Transport for London (TfL) take immediate measures to improve bus reliability across this route. 

We firmly believe that it's TfL’s responsibility to ensure efficient and reliable services, and it’s clear that’s not the case currently with Route 39. We are not asking for an extra service, but the appropriate fulfillment of their duties as a public transportation provider.

The call to TfL is simple: Investigate the underlying issues causing these disruptions, and implement necessary changes to improve reliability for all users of Route 39. After all, we rely on them for our daily transportation, and it’s time they meet the standards expected of them.
