Over the years, Square-Enix has consistently failed to address these glaring issues, overlooking the needs of the user community, while launching new products like DawnTrail with persisting flaws.

Among the issues that have been troubling us are the lack of all headgear for both races, improper dimensions of Female Hrothgar gear, and the absence of Male Viera and Hrothgar mannequins. The resulting lack of detail and accuracy in portraying these characters enables a disappointing gaming experience that is not reflective of the quality we expect from a leader in the gaming market.

Moreover, the recent release of the female Hrothgar character models in DawnTrail only compounds the previously ignored issues, especially the problems with gear dimensions. It's concerning to see a company as reputed as Square-Enix continue to release flawed products and charge for subscriptions and purchases, all the while sidelining the genuine concerns of their dedicated user base.
