Music is not a luxury; for many of us, it is a lifeline.

As people living with disabilities and mental health challenges, we rely on music and podcasts for therapy, peace of mind, and daily coping. Currently, Spotify offers a 'Student Plan' at a discounted rate, recognizing the financial constraints of students. However, millions of people with disabilities who live on limited incomes are left behind.

Evidence of a Decade of Waiting:

We are not the first to ask for this. Our investigation revealed that similar proposals were raised in the Spotify Community as far back as 2017 and 2021. Those requests gained hundreds of supporters but remained unanswered by the company.

A Global Movement:

This campaign is headquartered in Nof HaGalil, Israel, but it has ignited a global movement of hundreds of voices across 5 continents, targeting Spotify AB Headquarters in Stockholm, Sweden. We have officially reached Spotify’s senior Escalation Management Team, and we demand that Spotify becomes a world leader in social inclusion.

We call for a permanent, accessible, and affordable subscription plan for individuals with disabilities. If Spotify can support students, it can—and should—support the disability community.
