The Issue

In January, I notified Scott Wiener and the State Senate that Scott Wiener's oath had expired back in 2018, thus Wiener has been working unlawfully since then. This is a violation of 5 U.S. Code § 3331 and 5 U.S.C. 3333, as well as California Government Code Sections 1027, 1360, 1362-1369, 18150 -18158, and Section 3 of Article XX of the Constitution of California. Anyone working without an executed oath is considered to be a foreign agent posing as a government agent, which is a felony subject to  3-years in prison under US Criminal Code Title 18 U.S.C. § 912

If this had been an error, Wiener would have signed an oath. However, he did not. In July, I served the State Senate, demanding that they make Wiener sign an oath or vacate office. The State Senate did nothing. In August, I served the State Senate again, demanding that Wiener be removed from office and that Wiener's work be voided as all of it was fraudulently implemented. The State Senate did nothing. I served the State Senate again in September.

Wiener is knowingly and intentionally committing a felony by making laws when he has no legal standing to do so, and the State Senate is allowing this fraud to happen.

The State Senate is employed by "we the people" and "we the people" expect our employees to follow the laws. Wiener must be immediately vacated from office and his work voided:

All of Wiener's votes must be voided and any laws that no longer have enough votes must be nullified. This includes ACA-1 and AB-28

All legislation authored, co-authored and sponsored by Wiener must be voided, including AB-1955.

Any language alterations to bills that was made by committees while Wiener served on those committees must be voided, including SB-1414.

Please sign this petition ordering the State Senate to follow state and federal laws by removing Wiener from office and voiding all work he's done since the oath expired.
