For too long, residents of Winnipeg have been living in a state of fear. Eric Justin Sinclair, a known figure in our community, is associated with firearm gang activity and violent crimes. The North End, among other areas, has seen unease seep into the day-to-day lives of its citizens due to Eric's consistent criminal activity over the last three decades. The threat to both physical and mental wellbeing has been palpable. Many within our community have suffered abuse, and when Eric is not incarcerated, fear grips these same individuals - they fear for their lives.

Since his numerous different releases from prison, Eric has avoided criminal responsibility. He has continued his cycle of lawlessness, without any sign of cessation, disrupting the peace of our community and terrorizing innocent people. Those who have dared to report his criminal indifference have been threatened and accused, deepening the fear and anguish amongst us.

We cannot and will not live in fear any longer. It is time to take action. We demand that the relevant authorities restrict Eric Justin Sinclair from causing further harm and disturbance in Winnipeg, Manitoba by placing a 5 year ban on his living in Winnipeg.  We need to feel safe in our neighborhoods and for that, we need your support. The only time with proven statistics has our communities felt safe is when he's in prison. His mental health, drug abuse, alcoholism, violent temper, very large appearance, with known family drug dealers has caused harm and death to many.
