Demand Resignation of Coach Beck at North Penn
The Issue
As a deeply concerned parent, I am raising my voice against the unprofessional and condescending behavior of North Penn High School's football coach, Richard Beck. His iron-fist rule is nothing but disrespect masquerading as discipline. This approach has not only broken the spirit of student athletes who joined the program in good faith but also left them humiliated and short-changed.
As of August 2026 KyMani Eaton, the younger Brother of Khalani Eaton the All Time Leading Rusher in North Penn history was Kicked Off the Football team!! For Reasons of being too Young too Slow and inexperienced!! It was revealed to KyMani through a Fellow teammate that Coach Beck stated that He'll never be a Starter here because his Father tried to get me Fired! The Player had no idea what Beck was talkin about.. but KyMani did!! This is Retaliation in its Purest form! There's a long Histroy of this at North Penn in regards to Beck's volatile behavior; we became aware of this type of intervention When High PROFLE Colleges tried to contact him in regards to Khalani's performance on the field.. They were DIFFERRED..Immediately!! It lessoned the options we thought we had as far as college was concerned which definitely changed the trajectory of Khalani's football career! This God complex that this Coach entertains is unbecoming... Years of this spanning 20 plus Years with impunity!! How!! His Actions are direct violation of the Code of Conduct according to PIAA Guidelines!!The numbers HAVE TO RANGE in hundreds as far as how many student-athletes he's done this to? Mostly African American athletes are Hit the Hardest; How does a ENTIRE school district the size of North Penn not know about this so Called coach and these so called incidents?? I sincerely Hold the district liable.. For failing to investigate previous accusations and if so why?? This man is in charge of shaping boys into men; preparing them for next level how is someone of this character allowed such a prestigious honor and then abuse it? My son's aren't the only ones but man two in one household is tough! So it seems he waited 4 years to manifest his truth.. we're no where near even!! NO moral code you follow.. The amount of ''Spirits' Broken is High' Most don't pursue football after his program!! Dejection is Common in practice.. this issue is bigger than it appears
