My life and livelihood have been targeted by the actions of City Councilman Scott Roybal. As a business owner, active community member, and veteran, I have been personally targeted, harassed, and threatened on several occasions by the city of Cheyenne and its multiple entities. The actions of Councilman Roybal or simply a last straw and have made me consider shutting down my business, selling my home, and moving away from the very community I have strived to uplift and support.

If unchecked, such behavior will continue to harm other innocent community members. The power of a Councilman should be used to foster growth and prosperity, not to create a reign of fear. Tragically, his intimidation tactics extend not just to me, but other constituents and community members as well. This is a clear abuse of public trust and demonstrates a gross disregard for the welfare and safety of the constituents he was elected to represent.

We are hence calling on the City Council to take immediate action. Councilman Scott Roybal's lewd and deplorable behavior is unacceptable and he must be held accountable. We urge you to demand the resignation of City Councilman Scott Roybal. It’s time to restore integrity, respect, and safety in our community leadership.
