My wife has been a dedicated tutor with Regina Caeli Academy, deeply committed to providing quality education and support to her students. However, recently, her compensation has been unfairly affected due to actions taken by Chris Ice, the current leader of Regina Caeli.

Chris Ice released a memo that outlines anticipatory breaches of contract against RCA tutor staff. This has created a wave of unfair treatment, lack of respect, and disregard for the contractual agreements that were initially put in place. This memo not only undermines the professional dignity of the staff but also affects their livelihoods and the well-being of their families.

The memo in question disregards the hard work and dedication of tutors who are crucial to the operation and success of Regina Caeli. By proactively breaching contract terms, Chris Ice has demonstrated a lack of leadership and integrity expected of someone in his position.

Regina Caeli's values and mission to provide classical education in a loyal and trusting environment are threatened by such actions. When leaders treat their staff with dishonor and do not uphold their contractual obligations, it sows discord and inconsistency within the Academy's community, impacting everyone involved - from educators to students.

We demand the immediate resignation of Chris Ice from Regina Caeli as the Chief Executive Officer and President of the Board of Directors, and a reinstatement of fair and transparent leadership practices. This is a call for justice for all RCA tutors, ensuring they are treated with the respect they deserve and compensated in accordance with their agreements.  If action is not taken, he could be directly responsible for the implosion of the organization, classical education for our children, and the livelihoods of our tutors and their families.
