As a community member deeply concerned about the future of our children's education, and as a parent bearing witness to the distressing changes in our school district, it's time to turn this situation around.

Our current superintendent is impacting our school, our community, our children, and—by extension—our futures in a harmful way. We have seen an increase in favoritism, lack of transparency, evident dishonesty, and a seeming tolerance for bullying under her administration. 

She is also responsible for letting predators teach in the school district. 

The priority of any educational institution should be the students, their well-being, and their academic growth. Unfortunately, under the current leadership, this hasn't been the case. As per several experiences shared by distraught parents and community members, the superintendent is reputed to manipulate the truth. This not only damages the trust among community members but also sets a bad example for our children.

Moreover, some staff members have been unfairly favored over others, leading to a negative environment that doesn't foster teamwork, cooperation, or mutual respect. Bullying behavior seems to be unduly tolerated and not addressed adequately.

Transparency, a crucial element of any public service role, appears to be lacking. As community members and stakeholders, we have a right to be fully informed about the decisions impacting our schools and children.

On behalf of all worried parents and community members, we're calling upon the school board to take immediate action and replace our current superintendent. This is our opportunity to reinstate a leader who values honesty, integrity, transparency, equality, and above everything else, our children's education and well-being.
