I am a resident of the property in question, located in Pasadena, CA. Our current property management has created an environment that is not only unfair but also unsafe. We are subjected to harassment and threats, abrupt rule changes, and even illegal evictions. The rules imposed by the management are unjust and arbitrary.

The state of our living conditions is appalling. Maintenance issues go unaddressed leading to mold growth and plumbing leaks throughout the property. Vermin infestations further deteriorate our quality of life here.

Our building was constructed before 1978 which means it potentially contains lead-based paint or asbestos materials. These substances can pose serious health risks if not managed properly according to safety laws - something our current management fails to do.

The partial ADDENDUM provided by the management does little to address these pressing issues we face daily as tenants.

We need immediate action from relevant authorities for a complete replacement of this negligent property management with one that respects tenant rights, adheres strictly to safety laws regarding older buildings, maintains proper hygiene standards, and provides fair treatment for all residents.
