Demand Reopening of Brooklyn Grace Spears' Case for Justice

The Issue

This petition is deeply personal. Brooklyn Grace Spears was a vibrant 9-year-old girl whose life was tragically cut short in her own driveway. She was ran over. The individual responsible for this heartbreaking incident was her mother's husband, who shockingly did not receive any jail time or punishment. Despite the evidence, including video footage and other variables that raise questions about the circumstances of this happening authorities ruled it as an "accident".....

This decision has left many unanswered questions and a family in desperate need of closure and justice! I am creating this petition for Brooklyn's father because he needs 10,000 signatures to have his beloved daughter's case re-opened - a case that should've befinitely been considered vehicular manslaughter with the footage that was provided.
