Demand Removal of [Redacted] as Musical Theater Program Director

The Issue

My daughter, like many other students, has been unfairly targeted and bullied by [Redacted], the current director of the Musical Theater program at St. Lucie West Centennial High School. These adolescents are supposed to be nurtured and encouraged in their artistic journey, however, they are facing an educator with unfair standards and practices that do nothing but suffocate their talents and deter their passions.

[Redacted] teaching methods create an environment of fear instead of growth, presenting unrealistic expectations and fostering a negative atmosphere. Under these circumstances, it is nearly impossible for students to learn and hone their skills. This is not the experience our children should have as part of an arts training program.

While these personal experiences highlight the problem, this is not an isolated issue - the school's responsibility is to ensure a healthy, constructive and balanced learning environment for all students. When a teacher's actions obstruct this mission, it's time to reevaluate their position.

We believe in the transformative power of arts education, and we are calling upon St. Lucie West Centennial High School to take necessary actions. We implore the school management to reconsider [Redacted] position as the teacher/director of the Musical Theater program.

Sign this petition now to make a stand for the emotional health and artistic growth of our kids. Bring about this necessary change and save the Musical Theater Program in St. Lucie West Centennial High School from any further damage.
