Many have been personally affected by Michele Buzzard Clark's actions, words, and posts , As a citizen of Buena Vista I am deeply troubled by her lack of professionalism and bullish behavior which has  compelled  me to ask other citizens  to join in my call for action. Michele currently serves as a victim Wotness Coordinator in the Buena Vista Commonwealth Attorneys office, a position of immense responsibility and influence. However, her behavior has been marked by unethical conduct, victim shaming, bullying, and an abuse of position and an overall neglect of her  duties of this position. 

More worrying still, she has belittled citizens, directly contradicting the essence of her professional duties. On one occasion, she even resorted to threatening behavior during a verbal altercation with another individual inside the courthouse. This incident was so severe that it led to the intervention of BVSD.

These actions are not only unethical but also dangerous, creating a toxic environment  which  potentially can and may have harmied the individuals who rely on its services. Her actions not only contradict the spirit of her work but the very mission of the Commonwealth Attorney's office itself.

The time for silence and complacency has passed. We need a shift in our system, where every role is treated with the seriousness it deserves, and every individual is held accountable for their actions. It's imperative that Michele Buzzard Clark be removed from her position for her offensive conduct and unethical practices. Please, join in this call for justice and sign this petition.
