As a consumer, I feel like we have zero rights, and these companies make it impossible to get our money back when we aren’t happy. We were promised a complete Forza Motorsport game and urged to spend over $100 to preorder it. However, upon release, the game was more or less just a shell of what was promised. Features were completely missing or broken, and the claim that the game was built from the ground up turned out to be false.

When customers seek refunds for this incomplete product, they are denied and face numerous obstacles in their attempts. This is unacceptable behavior from Turn 10 and Microsoft Studios. We demand that these companies honor their promises by providing full refunds to all affected consumers.
