Live Nation / Ticketmaster refuse to provide refunds for "postponed shows " and "redirect" us "patrons" to contact the organizer/promoters. The organizers/promoters "redirect us back to Live Nation / Ticketmaster. This is a very convenient way to blame the other parties while "patrons" gets furloughed, take pay cuts and dealing with Covid 19 related issues. 

Live Nation / Ticketmaster suggests you can resell the tickets, "we tried that" tickets don't sell just take a look on the authorized "resell websites" tickets are not moving due to this global pandemic.

Live Nation / Ticketmaster is the merchant and they have the ability to process your refund and should "HONOR " that if you meet certain criteria's 

• Underlying health condition
• Furloughed / laid off 
• Financial stress due to pay cuts
• Moved, no longer live in the area or afraid to travel
• Stress Associated with the COVID-19 Virus Outbreak
• Life changing circumstances that prevent you for going to the new date

Live Nation / Ticketmaster needs to be prepared to explain to their shareholders that treating your "patrons" this way during a pandemic could define their brand "for decades."
