I lived in Cadence at Bluff Park Apartments, and my experience was far from pleasant. The management continuously overcharged tenants for rent, often without proper justification or transparency. Despite being aware of these issues, they remained unresponsive and dismissive. Along with this financial exploitation, maintenance workers engaged in theft, taking items from our homes without our consent or recourse. The office staff and property manager were notorious for their poor communication skills, making it nearly impossible to get any issues resolved. This is not just my story but the story of countless residents who faced similar maltreatment.
