Demand Reform and Accountability for Corrupt Child Protective Services and Judges

Demand Reform and Accountability for Corrupt Child Protective Services and Judges
The Issue
I write this petition borne out of personal pain and desperation for the return of my children who have been unjustly taken away based on false allegations without any evidence. Corruption and unscrupulous conduct of certain Child Protective Services (CPS) officials and judges have led to the heart-wrenching separation of my children from me. This situation isn't unique to me alone, daily, countless innocent parents fall victims to such authoritative machinations who misuse their power and position for monetary gains.
According to the U.S Department of Health and Human Services, in 2019, about 3.5 million children were subject to an investigation or alternative response (1). Of that, nearly 687,000 children were victims of abuse or neglect, with the largest percentage from three states: West Virginia, Kentucky, and Indiana. Such figures pose alarming questions about the integrity and functionality of the CPS.
Judicial corruption, while less frequent, does exist. A judge's role should represent the essence of justice and fairness - however, several instances of judicial misconduct have been reported over the years.
This petition calls for stringent reforms and active oversight over CPS and judicial conduct. It also demands fair and thorough investigations into cases of supposed child neglect or abuse. More importantly, it urges for immediate and just action in cases where children are wrongfully separated from their families on the basis of unfounded accusations.
Return my children back to the arms of their loving parent and let justice prevail for other families experiencing the same torment. Stand against corruption, stand for justice, and stand for our families. Please sign this petition so that our collective voices can resonate in the halls of justice.
