We, the undersigned owners of 2017 Hyundai Sonata vehicles equipped with the Theta II 2.4-Liter Engine, are united in seeking a resolution to the concerning and potentially dangerous issues that we have experienced. 1. Excessive Oil Consumption: Many of us have noticed that our vehicles are consuming oil at an alarming rate, necessitating frequent and costly refills.

3. Catastrophic Engine Failure: Some of us have endured the traumatic experience of our engines suffering catastrophic failures, often resulting in significant financial burdens for repairs or replacements.

4. Engine Misfiring: Frequent engine misfiring has been a common issue, leading to reduced performance, fuel inefficiency, and potential long-term damage.
