Passionately spurred by both personal experiences and the silent plights of many stray animals, I felt compelled to raise this petition. Every day I see countless stray animals on our streets, shadowed unnoticed, struggling to nourish themselves. However, they too are living beings. Each one not merely surviving, but endeavouring to thrive.

These animals, in their search for nourishment, often wander into human-populated areas and rummage through our waste, which can be detrimental to their health. According to the World Health Organisation, millions of stray animals globally live in unsuitable conditions and suffer from malnutrition.

Therefore, we are calling for municipalities and local authorities to provide public food and water bowls for stray animals. This step will not just protect our stray animals but will also go a long way in fostering a more humane and empathetic society. Let's take this step towards compassion and care, extending humanity to those that have no voice to ask for it.
