We are happy to report that Exide has withdrawn their plans to pollute and resume operations in Bristol! This result could not have occurred without you. We want to thank you for your support and help in holding Exide accountable for their bad pollution record and for demanding that they be responsible corporate citizens. Exide has no plans to resume operations in the near future but can always re-apply at anytime. So we will stay vigilant and keep you informed if they try to sneak this by everyone again. PLEASE NOTE that the public meeting scheduled for May 4th on this issue has been canceled given the good news.
