Sure, the National Security implications of "no excuse" vote by mail fraud are clear and present, I couldn't help but notice Trump used the age old carrot of "federal funds" to ensure the integrity of Title IX protections for women in sports. 

President Trump could use the same "federal funds" carrot with states to require they: 

1. Ban "no excuse" vote by mail,
2. Require 100% voter ID, and
3. Eliminate electronic voting machines. 

President Trump, it is time to do just that; secure American elections, NOW!
