For years, Sarah Topley has operated the alleged 'rescue' facility Cloud K Nine, which has been under scrutiny for numerous claims of animal abuse and neglect. My heart aches as I recount the number of instances where these poor animals have suffered within these premises. Despite countless reports and undeniable evidence provided to the Police, RSPCA, and the local council, little to no action has been taken to rectify these distressing conditions. Especially considering Sarah was Obi’s friend. Obi from Save a Paw who’s story went through the nation leaving people devastated, he was found having more than 40 deceased dogs on his premises, 20 in near death body conditions & hundreds missing. 

Eyewitnesses have bravely come forward with critical information, including photo and video evidence, highlighting the harsh realities faced by animals at Cloud K Nine. There’s documentation of frequent fights, negligence in providing proper veterinary care, and failure to spay or neuter dogs before rehoming them; actions that have led to overbreeding in her facilities and further suffering. Unbelievably, vulnerable individuals are given dogs without proper vetting or house checks, compounding the issue. Deaths of dogs due to lack of veterinary care and dog attacks. 

Shockingly, reports indicate that Sarah Topley has been working closely with known animal abuser Mick Dundee, raising serious concerns about the welfare of the animals under her care. While authorities issued a Community Protection Notice (CPN), it has not been sufficient to prevent the harm. It has been overturned due to her ties within the police department. 

This situation not only reflects the suffering of animals but also casts a shadow of disregard over the enforcement of animal welfare laws. It is imperative that immediate and robust action is taken. We urge the Police and the RSPCA to intervene and investigate the operations at Cloud K Nine thoroughly to ensure the safety and well-being of the animals.
