It’s official. The $110B merger is closing next Tuesday, Oct 6! Today, Oct 2, 2026, we have formally unveiled our new identity: Skydance Corporation.

Here is what you need to know about how we are preserving Hollywood history:

• 🏢 Corporate Parent: The overarching company will operate under the revived, unified Skydance name and logo.
• 🎬 The Studios: Paramount and Warner Bros. will not disappear. They will remain the active, distinct names of our individual production studios.

Note on Community Feedback: We have noted the “Undo the Paramount-Warner Merger” petition started yesterday by Seth LaFrance on Change.org. Following our recent federal court clearance approving our multi-state settlements, we are fully moving forward next week.
