We have some incredibly urgent and alarming news. Paramount Skydance has just announced that it plans to officially complete its merger with Warner Bros. Discovery NEXT WEEK.
In addition to rushing this timeline, they announced that former Mattel CEO Ynon Kreiz will be joining the newly merged mega-firm as co-CEO.
This consolidation is completely unacceptable. Allowing these massive media giants to combine will permanently damage competition, limit consumer choice, and consolidate too much power into the hands of a single corporation. They need to be split up immediately.
