Demand Oneida New York press charges in the Death of 8 year old Jayden Donaldson

The Issue

8 Year old Jayden Donaldson sadly passed from this earth on February 27, 2022.  Jayden was a bright, vibrant little boy who was full of life and loved the outdoors.  He had big dreams of becoming a Police officer.  Unfortunately those dreams would be cut short.  Jayden and his sister had gone to his grandfather's to have a fun filled day of snowmobile riding.   Unfortunately due to the negligence of his grandfather, Jayden would never make it home.  The grandfather put two small children on the rear of the snowmobile with no helmets and rode at high speeds.  When Jayden fell off the snowmobile, his sister immediately screamed at her grandfather that she didn't feel Jayden holding on to her anymore.  The grandfather continued to ride for some time.  The grandfather never called 911 once he finally did stop.  It was only because of a neighbor's vigilance that 911 was called.  The grandfather also made no attempts to remove Jayden from the drive chain of the snowmobile or to resuscitate Jayden.  There were so many mistakes made that led to Jayden's death that at minimum this is nothing less than criminally negligent homicide.   Law enforcement and the district attorney's office are however refusing to take any action.   Please sign this petition and demand #justice4Jayden.  His full story can be found here https://youtu.be/oa2f3uRiIQw
