Given the passage of time without substantial progress, we believe that it is imperative for the officials in charge of his investigation to be replaced with new, unbiased investigators. New leadership in this case could reinvigorate the search and justice process, and potentially uncover new leads that could finally answer the questions we so desperately seek.
