The Issue

On a day that was meant to be a celebration, a chilling incident occurred that changed several lives forever. In March of last year, Andy Tench, a man loved by many, prepared to celebrate his birthday. Painted by those who knew and loved him as a man who was finally finding happiness and stability, his unforeseen disappearance felt like a cruel twist of fate. A particular friend of his still carries the regret of not being able to join him on that fateful night, a reminder of the conversation about a future that seemed so promising, now stolen.

The Police believe that D'Shaun Robinson is responsible for Andy's disappearance. But, there's more to this. Andy's grieving family and friends require more than allegations. They need the truth. They demand that D'Shaun be held strictly accountable for his suspected involvement, or alternatively, provide more information concerning Andy's whereabouts. This is not a request for vengeance but a plea for closure, a chance to grieve properly.

Insufficiency of evidence should not pave a way to freedom for D'Shaun. The court's decision will impact not only this case but serves as a precedent for other similar incidents. We insist on the Mecklenburg County Court System to pursue harsher punishments in cases where a potential suspect refuses to cooperate in locating a victim's body, or fully disclosing their involvement.

Sign this petition to show your support and join us in saying "NO BODY, NO FREEDOM" until D'Shaun Robinson is held accountable or discloses more information. Your signature is a step towards justice for Andy and his grieving loved ones.
