Family Law Act of 1975 - no fault divorce, they can do anything to you, the truth is completely irrelevant.  Just divide up the assets.

FAMILY LAW ACT REFORMS

New Family Law Act Legislation must include the following details

1. 'Without fault' must be updated to 'irreconcilable differences' from the Family Law Act
2. Legislation must state Mandatory Consistent standard rules for all parties to comply with. Non-compliance by one party is not tolerated
3. Legislation must include Mandatory Financial Disclosure by both parties with all details uploaded onto the Family Court website
4. False Claims - legislation must include contempt of court and reduction of settlement
5. Legislation must cover Embezzlement, this must always be included in the settlement details
6. Criminal violence - attempted murder must be covered by the Family Law Legislation
7. Paperwork must be lodged to Family Court Website.  Reviewed by legally trained staff, no need for endless court appearances for paperwork
8. Legislation ensure Judges read evidence provided, before they agree to exclude the truth
9. What you had before the marriage is yours and is not part of the property settlement
10. Only what you have achieved together is to be considered in the property settlement

Family Estate Law Reform

1. Legislation to protect children/adults of previous/first marriage are entitled to share of estate.  Everything does not go to new spouse and children.
2. Legislation recognises Fulltime Unpaid Carers in Family Estate Law - for all their endless sacrifices taking care of a loved one 24/7/365.   Ensure they receive a fair/ bigger share of the estate, regardless of the will.  Full time unpaid carers are saving Australia $70 billion pa for all our selfless care of loved ones. 

SUPREME COURT ASSESSMENTS LEGISLATION REFORMS

1. Legislation Mandatory another reviews decision to ensure all evidence has been read and considered.  Ensure accountability.
2. Legislation must include consideration to individual circumstances including health and not being a lawyer.   
3. Legislation If appealed, due to Supreme Court Costs Assessments catastrophic error, Appeal must take priority over other assessments to meet court deadlines. Should NOT pay for appeal, only to lodge the papers.

ASIC LEGISLATION REFORMS

1. ASIC’s due diligence responsibility for all new business registrations, names of businesses and addresses are not almost identical and with the same address.
2. If ASIC allow registered almost identical business name, must advise original business owner, can dispute their almost identical business name and ensure is corrected immediately.

STRATA LAW REFORM

People's lives are being destroyed by the behaviour by committees / strata companies. They are completely untouchable.  Some of the most recent strata regulations regarding collective sale, made it easier for unscrupulous owners/developers to rip off owners who can't afford expensive lawyers. 

Did you know NCAT Strata Court will only look at the last 3 years of evidence.  They will never review incorrect, unjust and inappropriate decisions, made my mediators who have zero construction/maintenance expertise.

1.All strata plans have a secure website to login to see all levies, expenses, maintenance, communications      

2. No LIMITIATIONS IN time nor issues in the Strata Court - NCAT. Appeals are allowed to correct previous inappropriate incorrect unjust decisions 

3. NCAT mediators maintenance/construction issues, MUST ALWAYS BE REFERRED to BUILDING EXPERT for decision, for what is consistent, correct, just and fair.  

4. Committee and Strata CANNOT ADD MISCELLANEOS FEES to strata levies nor claim them as outstanding strata levies.  

5. Strata legislation determines common property, NO interpretation by committee nor strata manager. 

6. Code of Conduct for all strata committee members and managers, serious consequences for harassment, bullying, illegal, fraudulent conduct, including fines, permanent removal corrupt committee members, criminal convictions and return of strata funds used inappropriately

7. Committee does not control minor repairs nor keys to the common property

8. Strata can NEVER become involved with personal legal proceedings of any strata owners

9. Permanently banned strata committee members with photos to stop joining another strata committee, with photos kept by Dept of Fair Trading

10. All strata plans, all size lots, be annually independently audited, confirmed with Dept of Fair Trading

 

This case highlights a broader issue within the Family Law Act that is not only outdated but grossly inadequate in handling cases of abuse and protecting victims' rights. Between 2012 and 2016, a man had $750,000 embezzled from his business by his South African wife. He stopped her access to his bank accounts Sept 2016. She demanded access to his bank accounts, when he refused May 13, 2017, she escalated the violence by stabbing him and leaving him to die. He courageously called the police with the knife still inside of him. 

She should be in prison for the rest of her days for premediated attempted murder.

The subsequent criminal proceedings were fraught with injustice. She claimed he was violent, had no money, living in her car. Shockingly, he was never able to provide a victim statement nor was he informed of his victims' rights. He was never advised he could appeal her sentence, that he should engage his own criminal lawyer. Furthermore, the police prosecutor remained silent during the proceedings, undermining any chance for justice.

She received Criminal Conviction - 16 months ankle bracelet with community service. Had he stabbed her, he would have gone to prison from day 1.

I am a domestic violence survivor - my ex tried to kill me 3 times. When you are paralyzed with fear, a domestic violence survivor NEVER seeks revenge. We just never want to see them ever again.  My partner Paul has never made me cry, not once.  I am not a lawyer. 

Family Court orders forgot to include her AVO 6th Sept 2018. This would never happen to a female DV survivor. She breached her AVO, 4 Feb 2019 tried to access his home.  Police were called - did NOTHING.

When she did not succeed in murdering him, when she stabbed him. Typical evil narcissist playing the victim claiming he was violent, had no money, living in her car.  She was determined to put him in his grave by manipulating both his former Rushcutters Bay Sailing Club and Strata Committee. Both became involved with both the Criminal and Family Court proceedings. Not one bothered to ask for his side of the story.

Had I not taken on all his unjust fraudulent battles coming in every direction all at once he would be dead.  He survived cancer twice.

His Strata Manager constantly harassed him everyday from 2017 to 2021. They dragged him to NCAT every time, he was due to attend Family Court.  Have printed out all their endless emails in date order.

Strata blamed him for building defects that were NEVER his responsibility, forced him to pay for reports and repairs that were NEVER his responsibility.

January 2013 my mum was diagnosed with dementia.  Had absolutely no idea what lay ahead. How many unjust herculean battles would have to fight, whilst drowning in debt since Friday BEFORE CHRISTMAS 19 Dec 2014.  ALL I HAD WAS MY MIND AND MY KEYBOARD.  Love to write, as I wrote annual Christmas letters since 1995 to all my friends, my last letter was 2014. Too tired working full time, doing the block, without the cameras, due to mandatory council fire orders and looking after mum who had dementia. My dad made me promise before he passed from his brain tumour in 2001 to never sell this property.  Both my parents worked VERY hard all their lives, my beloved dad worked 7 days a week, till they both became terminally ill. They never claimed anything from the government.

I DID NOT SACRIFICE EVERYTHING TO LOSE EVERYTHING THANKS TO UNJUST LOCAL, STATE AND FEDERAL GOVERNMENT POLICIES, RULES, REGULATIONS, LAWS, LEGISLATION AND TAXES.  THEY NEVER MAKE A WRONG, RIGHT.  COMPLETELY IRRELVANT TO ME.

Nov 2013 Had my life story told in the Starlight Foundation Play which ran for 10 nights at the Monkey Baa Theater.  How much do I tell of my story, unless you know all of it, none of it would make sense.  Decided to be brave as have always felt like a huge failure until this huge honour was provided to me.

Friday 19 December 2014  Friday before Christmas my boss, forced me to resign due to mum's dementia. I cried and cried.  First time I thought I was going to lose everything. The building was gutted, we had little income, all the bills still had to be paid.  Luckily could access my super and sell my shares, to pay for living expenses, bills, mortgage, renovations I did not choose to do.

2015 Sydney Water had not maintained the main sewer line, which is their responsibility

2016  Sydney Roads, NSW transport battle I started,  as the concrete slabs were constantly moving with traffic and shaking and cracking our homes both sides of the main arterial road to the city.

October 2017 - was facing a $1 million fine from Council as had not completed  one item out of the 8 pages of mandatory Council Fire Orders.  Second time I thought we were going to lose everything.  Had run out of money, being a full -time unpaid carer, spent all my super and shares, had a huge mortgage.  Had heart pains going down my left arm.  Put mum into urgent respite care for a month, told Council to leave me alone.  Urgently saw a heart Professor, who did every test.  He was very worried about my health.  Thankfully was fine.  Drowning in debt, told the professor my story and asked could he be so kind to cover my expenses with only medicare.  As had no money in my bank account and would have to pay on my credit cards.  He very kindly agreed.  Sent him my speeches at the RCAC  6 March 2019 and in Rome 15 Oct 2019 on YouTube.

November 2017 - began writing to many re the plight of full-time unpaid carers.  Met with  my local MP in January 2018 who organised a meeting with the PM's office in  18 April 2018.

9 Nov 2017 First Family Court Hearing, she provided a spreadsheet where she claimed she was sleeping in her car and couch surfing with friends.  Pure fiction.  Have in writing his second lawyer refused to subpoena her bank records and said they were not required as he had already investigated her finances and provided documentation. The Family Court Ordered him to hand over his Harley Davidson to her so she could sell it for her living expenses.   The Harley was NOT sold till August 2018, she NEVER needed the money.  His third lawyer refused to raise this with the Family Court.

January 2018  Saved the Parkes Elvis Express Train from being cancelled in 24 Hours.  This is when I learnt the power of my pen and the truth.

Feb 2018 his second lawyer lied and claimed the Family Court Judge demanded he sell the property or he will be forced to pay all her legal fees.  He had forgotten his phone and was forced to sign this agreement by his solicitor at the Family Court.

His second lawyer was terminated.  

April 2018 We changed lawyers to overturn the sale of the property.  I demanded his new lawyers provide me with the court transcript.  Of course the judge never made that demand.  They subpoenaed her many credit card statements and bank records. We should have subpoenaed every financial institution.

We put in a formal complaint to the Law Commission. Another toothless tiger who refused to take any action.  They asked how much are we prepared to pay him? His former lawyer wanted about $23K payment, we replied Nil.  He never got paid. 

14 May 2018 Met with NSW Revenue to discuss my finances.  Provided a folder of all my expenses, was drowning in debt, never received Lvl 4 $55 Homecare Aged Care package when Centrelink had deliberately lost my paperwork 3 times, when I had mandatory Council Fire Orders.  I was at breaking point, am an only child, no other family looking after mum 24/7

1 June 2018. Knew Mum was dying, she had stopped walking, turned to jelly.  Hired a hospital bed so could sit her up and feed her. 

2nd July 2018 the Prime Minister of Australia announced $38 Million for dementia research, one of my strategies not the $$ amount.

2nd July 2018 Had the NSW Chief Tax Commissioner Office ring and advise, unless I continue to pay my unjust land tax, they would default my mortgage. This meant at the time, I would lose everything.  I cried. 

Had $72,000 of debt on top of my $750K mortgage which I was forced to take, thanks to Mandatory Council Fire Orders.

Contacted the Premier was fobbed off, have all their appalling responses.  Contacted the media for help completely ignored.

HAVE NEVER KNOWN SUCH ANGUISH AND DESPAIR WITH NOWHERE TO TURN TO FOR HELP. THIS IS WHEN THE FIRE IN MY BELLY WAS LIT TO CHANGE THE WORLD, SO NO ONE ELSE HAS TO SUFFER AS I HAVE.  NOTHING SCARES ME.  All my pain is now my strength

8th July 2018 wrote to 80 NSW MPs and rang 25 of them.  Asked for their help re homecare aged care package funding of $55K

12th July 2018 received via email an appalling, ruthless, arrogant, cruel and heartless letter, when my mother dying from NSW Revenue.  Signed Stephen Brady, Deputy Secretary Chief Commissioner of State Revenue - advising my land tax was mandatory, according to the legislation which is fair and equitable for all land owners.  What Rubbish, this is the MOST UNJUST TAX IN THE WORLD WITH ZERO HARDSHIP PROVISIONS

16th July 2018 a miracle, the funding came through for mum's homecare package. Gigantic relief.  But that night, whilst watering the garden, fell on the concrete and broke my right wrist.  Mum had to go into urgent respite care, this is not included in a self-funded homecare package.  Had to pay for respite care on my credit cards.  Nor is it tax deductible

23 July 2018 local court Sutherland his strata cooked their strata records dating back to 2016, illegally placed a credit default against him, to stop him gaining finance to keep the property.

29 August 2018 mum passed and had to go into even more debt to pay for her funeral.  Could not afford to have a funeral locally, as many, many would have attended.  She saved Rose Bay from the giant marina which took her 8 years.  We would have lost all the harbour views from Rose Bay to Manly from Rose Bay promenade.  When it was first built, the lights along the Rose Bay promenade were called a string of pearls.

Took me 2 years to pay off her funeral .  Took me 5 years to finally organise her headstone.

30 August 2018 whilst we were organising my mother's funeral with the funeral directors, his strata manager rang him. Advised his solicitor my mother had passed, the date of her funeral and to please leave us alone in peace for the following week 

4 Sept 2018 12.30pm His ex-wife organised with Strata to file the credit default to stop him accessing finance to keep the property. The payments to his strata were all up to date.

4 Sept 2018 Family Court hearing date was set 6 Sept 2018. 3.28pm  his solicitor failed to object to the date of the Family Court hearing the day after my mother's funeral. Was extremely upset.  His solicitor had forgotten all about it.

5 Sept 2018  2pm my mother's funeral.

5 Sept 2018 3.30pm she sent her affidavit so he was forced to talk to his lawyer whilst at the funeral for the family court hearing the next day.

6 Sept 2018 The Family Court Orders overturned previous court order to sell the property FORGOT TO INCLUDE ONLY 3RD PARTY TO COLLECT furniture from his home in Drummoyne. Due to her AVO for stabbing him and leaving him to die. This was discussed at length in the Family Court, his barrister made a file note for the legal records

This would NEVER happen to a female violence survivor as the CRIMINAL would be in prison.

19 Nov 2018 the sailing club board investigation was held. Afterwards on the sailing club noticeboard, Rushcutters Bay they posted the most humiliating, untrue and disgusting notice for all to see. HE WAS ABSOLUTELY DEVASTATED AND CRIED.

21 Nov 2018 the sailing club AT RUSHCUTTERS BAY held an illegal protest hearing over a collision he was involved in a sailing race. IT WAS NEVER HIS FAULT. PROTEST HEARING DETERMINED HE WAS AT FAULT WHEN HE WAS NEVER ADVISED OF THE PROTEST HEARING. Disgusting. They refused to rehear the protest meeting.

4 Feb 2019, SHE BREACHED HER AVO tried to enter his home.  POLICE WERE CALLED WHO DID NOTHING. She should have gone straight to prison.  His lawyer was extremely cavalier when contacted, when his ex-wife tried to enter his home and asked "have you packed up her things? " Have all the emails printed out in date order. THIS PROVES SHE IS A LIAR CLAIMING DOMESTIC VIOLENCE. She WAS NEVER Paralyzed with fear, when she tried to enter his home, wanted all the furniture, you don't want any memories of them.  I left it all behind.

4 May 2019 he had a 9 hour operation to remove his cancer.  His Surgeon said it was the most complicated surgery he had ever done in his career.  He thought he was going to die on the operating table. I prayed very hard waiting at the hospital.  He was in hospital for 2 weeks in shocking pain.

May 2019 Had Robodebt collectors ringing me several times a day, whilst at the hospital, wanting payment for my overpayment of my carers allowance of $372.  Refused to pay.

He was in bed for the next 3 and half months recovering from his operation. With his lawyers hounding him for money and to provide endless information for his ex-wife solicitor. 

11 May 2019 Saturday 3.13pm Wrote to the Strata manager and committee and BLAMED THEM FOR HIS CANCER DIAGNOSIS and his 9 hour operation.

11 May 2019 Saturday 3.47pm received an OUT OF OFFICE RESPONSE FROM THE STRATA MANAGER .

May 2019 I began writing to many State / Federal MPs, govt departments, I left no stone unturned, regarding Paul’s horrific legal story - the entire legal system failed. 17 Sept 2019 I went to the Tribunal for robodebt for $372 which I refused to pay.   Everyone said just pay it.  I refused, it has been hell on earth, it was the principle.  Wrong is Wrong.  Prepared a folder of all my financials statements etc.  Irrelevant they had lost my paperwork 3 times.  Irrelevant never received a $55K homecare package.  Irrelevant had given up my career and looked after mum full time, paid for everything, with zero tax concessions, spent all my super and shares. Irrelevant it cost me about $800K taking care of mum at home, sacrificing everything.  Had the NSW Chief Tax Commissioner threaten to default my mortgage 2 July 2018.  The legislation stated because I own property I owe the govt $372.  Legislation never makes a wrong right.  

19 Sept 2019 This did not stop me.  Wrote to the Social Services Minister and included various other State and Federal Ministers and asked "are you going to stop me leaving the country to speak at my first global dementia conference and speak of my global carers strategies for every government to implement as well as my National Carers cheat sheet?"  Centrelink rang and advised, they would not stop me leaving the country. 

23 Sept 2019 Sydney Water installed a small plastic flap which is the only thing that is protecting my property from the main sewer line to Bondi filled with storm water.

24 Sept 2019 Wrote to Sydney Water and said "this is completely unacceptable I want a permanent solution to protect my property from flooding again by the main sewer line."

1st Oct 2019 left for Rome to stay with family in Florence and Rome.  Was concerned at the airport, would Centrelink stop me from leaving to speak at my first global dementia conference

·         Dementia Australia has set up a 24 hour Call Helpline

·         A Carers Website has been set up to access services

·         Carers Act will include – Tax Credits for full time unpaid carers who wish to return to employment

When I returned home, wrote to Centrelink and advised, refuse to pay my $372 outstanding debt with Centrelink. Will join the class action against Robodebt and sent them my speech on YouTube. Sent my speech to various State and Federal Ministers.

Jan 2020 took Sydney Water to court for my out of pocket expenses . They insisted I sign an indemnity which I refused.  As this would mean, they would never take responsibility for the sewer.  You would think the way they carried on I was after $300 million when all I was after was about $3k.

April 2020.  I won my case against Sydney Water and they were forced to reimburse me.  A General Manager sent me the most appalling letter claiming legislation it was my responsibility for the sewer line.   Sydney Water were hiding behind legislation and the law.  Completely irrelevant to me, the law and legislation never makes a wrong right.  Wrong is wrong. Was beyond livid, when they have never updated the sewer in over 100 years and it also has all the storm water pumped into the main sewer line to Bondi.  Since it was built we have much higher density and far more severe storms.  I am not to be messed with.  Time for my missiles of truth and facts to shame them into taking responsibility.  Wrote  to numerous State and Federal ministers in one email and advised "no one on this planet will accept having their property flooded by the main sewer line, when Sydney water has never updated the infrastructure in over 100 years.  This will forever remain Sydney Water's responsibility."  Also wrote to the Prime Minister's office, who kindly rang me regarding this monumental injustice. 

APRIL 2020 HIS THIRD LAWYERS TRIED TO BLACKMAIL HIM CLAIMING THEY HAD NOT BEEN PAID. Their services were terminated.

We were not going to a fourth lawyer. I had prepared all the factual evidence for his lawyers, since day 1.

NOTHING was going to stop me preparing all the evidence to the Family Court. Including her Tax and Centrelink fraud, her embezzlement of $750K. her contempt of court with all her lies.  CLEARLY She has done this before.

19 May 2020 stabbed my hand with a large palm tree thorn whilst gardening. I had an operation to remove it, the surgeon never found it buried in my hand.  Was in excruciating pain for 6 weeks.

Learnt how to use my mind, after surviving a very sadistic violent evil ex-husband. 

I knew exactly what I was dealing with PURE EVIL and NOTHING will STOP nor SCARE me. 

 22 May 2020 His third lawyers lied to the Supreme Court Costs Assessments they had not been paid.

She was NOT homeless living in her car as she claimed. She went shopping every single day. Paid for her criminal lawyers, was earning lots of money from her business with his stolen clients whilst claiming Centrelink with one of her 4 names. Did you know embezzlement is irrelevant in the Family Law Court ? Is this fair, just ? His third lawyer never provided to the Family Court, the private investigator report, he paid thousands which proved she was running a cleaning business and she was not homeless.  I proved she never needed the money from the sale of his Harley Davidson, with all her daily spending, claiming centrelink whilst earning thousands from her cleaning business. 

Hence my determination to REFORM the OBSOLETE 1975 Family Law Act and REOPEN the CRIMINAL CASE which was an ABSOLUTE FARCE. Hence my RAGE to bring in CRIMINAL LAW REFORM to stop females claiming domestic violence with their false accusations and histrionics. Police must be trained how to IDENTIFY a TRUE VICTIM of domestic violence. We NEVER ever seek revenge.

1st May 1987 Finally found the courage to leave my very violent evil then husband, we lived in Melbourne. Had 5 men pack me up in 5 hours and returned home to Sydney on the 4pm flight. This is the longest day of my life. My yardstick for when things are tough, I tell myself, if I can get through that I can get through anything. I said to myself, if I walk out with just the clothes on my back, I have done well, if I walk out with a few of my things, I have done very well. If I walk out with everything of mine, have done exceptionally well. I was NOT leaving behind my 2 dinner sets of 12 plus accessories of Royal Doulton China.  I worked for Royal Doulton from 1980-84.  I could never replace this china. Wanted NOTHING of his, no horrible memories. LEFT ALL THE FURNITURE BEHIND. I refused to speak to his family as they would never have believed me, if I told them the truth. Last thing I needed to be told, you're lying. 4 weeks after I left him, he had a very severe nervous breakdown in his psychiatrist office. He was taken by police to a mental health hospital where he remained for 7 weeks. The Doctors could not get thru to him.  They had to ring me after he was in there for a week to find out the truth. He was a Dr Jekyl and Mr Hyde. I was his punching bag. When I left he no longer had his punching bag and all was finally revealed. Told them as many things as I could of all the horrific things he did to me, he enjoyed torturing me on every level. Learnt NEVER to show how much he hurt me, which would infuriate him even more. His Dr diagnosed him as a sadist. Since then live everyday as my last, make the most of every moment. No one wants to be around misery guts, woe is me.  I chose to be happy, be better, not bitter. A day without laughter is a day wasted. Over the years my friends have told me I do more in a year than they do in a lifetime. I wear my friends out with all my stories of my many endless unjust battles. They call me the Duracell bunny or Erin Brockovich. Have 2 speeds 1000 miles an hour and stop. 

December 1988 had reached breaking point and was ready to jump off the gap, because had not been able to sleep since I left him. Every time I closed my eyes, relived all the horrific things he did to me. Contacted the Rape Crisis Centre, if they did not believe me nor would not assist me, I was going to jump off the gap. They taught me how to sleep. Had 6 weeks of intensive counselling. They were shocked, as I was the first person they had met who never took drugs nor alcohol to dull the pain. Everyone else they see, they have to deal with these things first before they can deal with all the pain and trauma that is burnt into your soul. You are NEVER the same. They taught me to write down everything he did to me, to switch it off in my head. I wrote 37 pages and over 700 things he did to me. They encouraged me to go back to study.  1989 enrolled in a Master of Commerce at the University of NSW. Did not have peace of mind, as my mind wandered all the time. It was like climbing Mt Everest doing the impossible. 3 times wanted to give up, but  kept going. My secret weapon was a packet of Tim Tams a night whilst I wrote my essays till 3am in the morning whilst working for full-time.

1990 This is when I learnt THE TRUTH ALWAYS COMES OUT , it is never hidden. I bumped into his cousin, my favourite one in Bondi Junction she lives in Melbourne. She told me, he has had a second nervous breakdown. He is so bad, the mental health hospital rings up his parents and say "we cannot deal with him anymore, please come and collect him." Rape in marriage did not become a crime till 1992.

1995 I had severe PTSD, with constant flash backs, nightmares, I finally sought weekly counselling with a psychiatrist for a year. My Dr could not understand how I achieved my Master Of Commerce when I did not have peace of mind, suffering with PTSD. Happiest day of my life, when his sister called August 1995 to tell me he had passed away. Could dance on his grave. The first thing she asked was "did he abuse you, what did he do? He took years off my parents lives, why didn’t you get him into prison?" I went through what he did and explained, had agonized for a year, could I take him to court for attempted murder, domestic violence. Because had never been to the police nor hospital it was my word against his. Was covered in bruises under my clothes. KNEW I would NEVER GET JUSTICE. Every day I opened the newspaper was filled with fear, had he murdered someone else, should I have stopped him. (She knew I had studied Law at Sydney Uni and decided it was not for me. There is no justice, have never once regretted this decision) My psychiatrist tracked down his psychiatrist in Melbourne, as this medical fraternity is very small. I knew he was adopted. My Dr said because he was so bad mentally, he must have been a child from a patient in a mental health hospital. My Dr could not read past the first page of my 37 pages and could not understand why I did not murder him because I should have. He encouraged me to access his death certificate, to finally have peace of mind. I expected it to be either AIDS as he was so promiscuous, suicide or car crash. He used to force other drivers off the road. He died of a cerebral hemorrhage. Never have to live with fear ever again. The truth all came out and I never had to do anything.

October 2013 Had the huge honour to have my life story told in the Starlight Foundation Play which ran for 10 nights at the Monkey Bar Theatre, Darling Harbour Quarter. How much do I tell, if you skip parts of your story, your story does not make sense. Decided to be brave and tell my story.  Started wearing Hawaiian shirts when my Dad was diagnosed with a brain tumour Dec 2000 and given 3 months to live. The night he was diagnosed,  wanted to curl up and die, Dad was my rock, how could I go on without him? Dr Teo operated on him. He passed 2nd May 2001 took me 3 and half years to recover from my grief. Cried every day for a year. One of the boys from Canada at MLC used to wear Hawaiian shirts every Friday. No matter how lousy I felt, they always made me smile. My friends at MLC wore them with me every Friday.  I have about 65 Hawaiian shirts, call the wardrobe where I store them "my happiness cupboard." Had always felt like a complete failure until this huge honour of having my life story told. Had  volunteered with them since 2004 and won Volunteer of the year Award at MLC in 2005, won a trip to New York. Had to stop volunteering with Starlight Foundation in 2018, as I had nothing to give. Felt like the walking dead, beyond exhausted, being a full-time unpaid carer for mum, who had dementia. I have wanted to return for years, no time, no energy, no life, to do as I please. 

2nd July 2020 had another operation to clean out the wound.

I met the July 2020 Family Court deadline with 3 sets of 5 folders of evidence. 

30 Nov 2020 provided to the Supreme Court Costs Assessments the bank statements of payment into his third lawyers trust account

1 Dec 2020   3.01pm Burwood Police Area Commander Detective Superintendent Dismissed my complaint re Police handling of Criminal Case 

8 Dec 2020 I did such a good job with my 5 folders of factual evidence in July 2020 TO THE FAMILY COURT. Her lawyers met with the FAMILY COURT JUDGE and objected to all my evidence. The judge ordered me to prepare all new evidence in ONLY 5 days . I was only allowed to provide 20 pages via email.

 Not a problem prepared another 330 pages of new evidence including why she did not deserve another cent as I prepared all the financials.  Included all the details of his ex-wife being a vicious narcissist, manipulating his Strata and a Rushcutters Bay sailing club etc.  My secret weapon - family blocks of Hazelnut chocolate.

14 Dec 2020 4pm Met the Family Court Deadline, by hand delivering it the Family Court in Parramatta, providing it to her solicitors.

Facts and the truth never ever die. They never cease to exist because they are ignored and never read.

17 Dec 2020 He was not allowed to represent himself as he is a domestic VIOLENCE survivor and the court was postponed till 17 June 2021. The court ordered legal aid to provide both a solicitor and barrister to represent him at the final hearing rescheduled for June 2021

17 Dec 2020 had a phone call from Sydney Water advising they were taking responsibility for the main sewer line. 

18 Jan 2021 His third lawyers lied a second time to the Supreme Court Costs Assessments they had not been paid.

3 Feb 2021 his cancer returned and he did 7 weeks of daily radiation including the day of the final hearing of the Family Court Case.  Drove him every day for his daily radiation treatment. 

11 Feb 2021 He had the marine insurance company after him for $16K

18 Mar 2021 Sailing Australia refused to assist in having the illegal protest hearing reheard from Nov 2019 by his sailing club.

20 April 2021 Sent 63 pages of evidence to the marine insurance company

28 April 2021 he was ordered by the Supreme Court Costs Assessments to pay his lawyers an additional $104k after he had already paid them almost $60k.  They had not read the bank statements of payments into his lawyers trust account. How could they make such a catastrophic error ???

I APPEALED to the Supreme Court Costs Assessments, INCLUDED ALL THE EVIDENCE OF ALL THEIR CATASTROPHIC ERRORS, OF COURSE THEY REFUSED TO MEET THE FAMILY COURT DEADLINE for the property settlement.

10 May 2021 the marine insurance waived their claim - WE WON.

8 June 2021 Strata filed another fraudulent black credit rating against him, it was paid so his finances would not stop him accessing finance to keep the property.

16 June 2021 Strata held their AGM the night before the final Family Court hearing

17 June 2021   THE FAMILY COURT JUDGE REFUSED TO DELAY THE SETTLEMENT DATE TO MEET THE SUPREME COURT COSTS ASSESSEMENTS APPEAL. THEY ALL WORKED TOGETHER, have all the evidence.

Judge was retiring and demanded parties settle. He was not interested in the factual evidence of the truth, nor her endless lies.

Irrelevant she manipulated both his Strata Committee and Rushcutters Bay Sailing Club who both did many fraudulent, corrupt illegal things against him to put him in his grave causing him horrific misery. Irrelevant she stole most his clients and set up an identical business whilst claiming she had no money. Irrelevant she is both a Tax and Centrelink fraudster with her 4 names.  His Strata took legal action numerous times against him defaulting his mortgage based on fraudulent strata records.  Used false building reports to drag him relentlessly to NCAT when the Family Court hearings were being heard.

She embezzled $750K out of his business.  She stabbed him and left him to die 13 May 2017

17 June 2021 Family Court ordered he pay her over $500K.  This is NOT JUSTICE - it's JUST US, It's a farce.

Oct 2021 won best large garden in the Woollahra Council Gardening competition.  Was absolutely thrilled. This is my happy place, where I escape my many troubles and battles, I forget about everything.  It always brings me enormous pleasure and always rewards me with beautiful flowers, leaves, colours, fragrances, birds enjoying the large water feature and bird baths around the garden.  Love seeing the bees, dragon flies, birds enjoying the nectar from the flowers.  When I clean the large water feature, there is a chorus of birds letting everyone know, I am cleaning it, so they can have a party in the water feature.  This always brings me much happiness hearing all the birds talking and seeing them in the water feature. Love to listen to my bamboo windchime, watch my whimsical wind catcher that twirls in the breeze.  Admire my secret fairy garden.  Enjoy Mums greenhouse she had built about 55 years ago, have had no time to sit in there and enjoy it.  I hope to one day soon.  Plant a garden, plant happiness. 

October 2021  Sydney Water contacted me, I was ready to do battle regarding their plans for the remediation of the sewer to provide a permanent solution which was always their responsibility, never mine. Gigantic relief they understood there was a massive problem and they were planning how to fix.  Sydney Water now have a project team to handle these infrastructure problems.   

June 2022 Sydney Water organised contractors who were here for 2 weeks, 12 men, 5 trucks to dig up the sewer lines and finally provide a permanent solution.  Sydney Water officer came to inspect their work and said "we should have done this years ago"   Sydney Water also very kindly provided me with a  very detailed dilapidation report of all the cracks internally, externally, the cracked driveway, so I could take on Sydney Roads to dig up the road.   Both Sydney Water and Sydney Roads did everything possible to get rid of me, hoping I would give up.  That was NEVER going to happen. 

14 Feb 2023  - Attended Parliament House Canberra and met with a Member of Parliament to discuss my National Carers Cheat Sheet, this took me 6 years to source all this information.  Not interested, very disappointed. I wanted this in every GPs surgery nationally, who have no knowledge of what services are available for carers of loved ones diagnosed with dementia.  The Govt Carers website  run by the Benevolent Society, is deliberately user hostile, so it is impossible to source all the services that are available.  

March 2023  Strata Fraudulently defaulted his mortgage and garnisheed his rent.  Based on fraudulent strata records dating back to 2016.   She has not owned the property since Nov 2018 but still controls the committee and strata manager

April 2023 was so livid wrote a missile of truth to the Strata Manager, blaming him and the committee for trying to put him in his grave with their endless daily harassment, illegal conduct, false reports - the Strata Manager immediately resigned without a job to go to.  He has completely disappeared !  Guilty conscience

May 2023 The Strata Company also decided to no longer manage this strata plan. 

May 2023 This was another monumental battle having the road measured, when there was no rain.  As when it rained, the shaking would stop as the sand under the road, would fill up with water.  This alone took 6 months liaising with Council for permits for equipment on the road to measure the constant shaking.   Of course Sydney Roads claimed the road was fit for purpose and assumed I would give up - NEVER going to happen. 

July 2023 she turned up to parade in front of him at a sailing club in Rushcutters Bay and the club refused to remove her. He called the police who came to see her.  I was beyond livid, this took herculean courage and didn't care if I lost everything when I sent my missiles of the facts and truth to the club.   Including  his victim statement, her criminal conviction, his hospital stabbing report, my letter to his strata manager, who resigned.  Emails re his former sailing club at Rushcutters Bay, illegal conduct. My win against the Marine Insurance Company. My emails had written to both the BBC and The Guardian in 2022 when Amber Heard lost her case against Johnny Depp. They both wrote the most inappropriate news articles supporting her.  When they clearly knew nothing about domestic violence.  Included the many YouTube videos with millions of views and many comments by female domestic violence survivors who laughed at her histrionics in the witness box.  Within 24 hours, both these news articles were removed from the front of their news websites.

Of course the sailing club couldn't sue me, because I provided the factual truth. Finally 2023 everyone knew the truth, when not one bothered to ask for his side of the story at the time. Truth never dies. 

Nov 2023 reported her Centrelink fraud since 2017 , whilst earning lots of money from her business with his stolen clients, shopping daily, paying for her criminal lawyers, provided the bank and credit card statements- large A4 lever arch folder sent to Canberra, no postage paid.  This included  her 4 names,  her bank and many credit card details, including statements with numerous financial institutions.  Clearly she has done this before.  Typical public servants, EXPERTS AT DOING NOTHING.   Our taxes pay for them to look after us, and they don't.  Have hounded Canberra  Federal SOCIAL SERVICES  AND FINANCE Ministers,  Katy  Gallagher re her Centrelink fraud, who consistently fobbed me off. 

She walks freely and we still see her around.  Is this Just, right, fair ???  No of course not.

2024 spent many months printing every document, putting together a chronological spreadsheet of every email, court document, included all my battles.  Have prepared the entire case, this is how I have put together all these key dates. 

1 February 2024 a NSW Strata Commissioner was finally appointed, had fought for this since 2019 and was advised prior to the public announcement 31  Jan 2024.

9 Sept 2024 Ensured the ABC aired "The Strata Trap". I wrote individually to every NSW MP and every major media outlet with my strata law reforms needed to protect every strata owner from corrupt strata companies.

Did you know NCAT strata court, will not revisit any previous decisions, even if they are incorrect. They will only look at the last 3 years evidence. The registrars have zero building and construction knowledge and make inappropriate, incorrect and unjust decisions. Hence have fought for strata law reform since 2019.

Finally opened the Pandora's box for Strata Law Reform.

17 Sept 2024  met with the NSW Shadow Minister for Regulations who kindly asked to meet with me to discuss my strata reforms. 

Oct 2024 her business registration was sent to his address, almost identical in name, owner and street address. Contacted ASIC and provided her criminal conviction who immediately cancelled her business registration.  Wish everything was this easy. 

Not even 7 days later his Strata filed court papers, again based on fraudulent strata records dating back to 2016. She was still in regular contact with the Strata Committee, even though they had changed strata companies. Their AGM in 2023/4 was all based on fraudulent strata records. The new strata manager continued with the harassment and appalling conduct encouraged / insisted by the strata committee.

We prepared all the factual evidence of the fraudulent strata records dating back to 2016, the truth, all irrelevant, yet again in a court of law.

Nov 2024 Finally Sydney Roads after another kindly and strongly advocated on my behalf for the need for the road to be dug up, NSW Transport took responsibility for the road and dug up 8 concrete slabs and replaced them.  Over 2 nights, have never seen such huge equipment and so many concrete trucks.  After the first night, we all could not believe it, the constant shaking, our windows constantly rattling had stopped.  We had silence.  Have yet to fight to have all the cracks inside and outside of the property and my driveway completely cracked replaced by NSW Transport. Took regular photos over 8 years of all the cracks caused by the road.   Facts and the truth never die.

March 2025 made National news with my battle against  Woollahra Council who wanted to put a giant advertising screen bus shelter out the front of my property. OVER MY DEAD BODY .  It would have substantially devalued my parents legacy.  Council has put me thru hell over the years since 1998. July 2024 was on my hands and knees for 3 days, with paint stripper removing all the paint.  Told Paul, you might have to bail me out of prison, because the police might come and arrest me.  Am scared of NOTHING. My kind neighbours provided 8 objections to Council, all completely ignored.   24 July 2024 I chained myself to my fence, from 6pm till 11.30pm so they could not commence any work.  The contractors don't want this problem, of course they did not turn up. My kind neighbours kept me company till 10pm.  Only made the news because the journalists thought it so funny, as I had posted up my photos on my local community Facebook group Feb/March 2025.   Oct 2024 Council tried a second time to put it in the middle of the concrete footpath, put graffiti on the concrete to show everyone where it would be placed.  My neighbours and I met with Council 5 Dec 2024 with our 17 bins to prove, the giant bus shelter with advertising screen would force pedestrians onto the main arterial road 2 days a week. The church never wanted this giant advertising screen and bus shelter.  31 Jan 2025 Council tried a third time to put it next to the Church, told Council would chain myself again, if they tried.  Am still waiting on the National Advertising Commercial Code of Ethics to be updated with "No commercial advertising near any public place of worship". To stop unconscionable conduct by Councils.  1998 had 10 years of court cases with Council who allowed a developer to build below the water table in Balfour Road, without hydrological and geological reports, it cracked half the strata building of 12 units. 10 years of misery fighting within the body corporate. 2006 was forced out of my home, by the tenant from hell who would not let me sleep.  Was interviewed by Helen Wellings on National a Current Affair. My 7 year battle with Sydney Water 2015-2022  to make them accountable for the main sewer line. 2017 was facing a $1 million fine from Council for not having the money to complete one item on the 8 pages of mandatory council fire orders.  The Giant Bus Shelter was NEVER GOING TO BE BUILT HERE.

Violent Crimes Law Reform

·         One rule for all violent crimes no female / male nor age discrimination - do the Crime, do the time

·         All Victims provided with opportunity to speak at Criminal Proceedings

It should be mandatory court procedure for every victim of violence to file prior to the court hearing their victim statement and have the opportunity to speak at criminal court proceedings.

We need a cheat sheet for all victims of violent crimes, stating all their rights, access to assistance, right of appeal for criminal convictions, provided at the scene of the crime 

·         Victims must be advised they should hire a criminal lawyer to ensure justice is serviced

·         Stating Victims have the Right of Appeal if not satisfied with the decision/sentence of the court including the expiry date to appeal decision.  

·         Information with phone numbers and web addresses for victims' compensation, victims' counselling etc

·         Victims of violent crimes have a lifetime AVO against the criminal

·         Police and our legal fraternity are trained on how to identify a true female victim of domestic violence, to stop women claiming they are victims

My voice was heard as NSW Parliament FINALLY PASSED legislation Sept 2025 for Criminal Law Reform, finally recognising, male domestic violence victims/survivors.  One rule for everyone, do the crime, do the time and agreed to lifetime AVO's for violent crimes survivors. 

April 2026 was speaking at the biggest global dementia conference in France.  Decided not to attend with the huge uncertainty of the middle east conflict.
