I am a resident of The Retreat in Meridianville, AL, USA, living in a neighborhood where every home reflects the same high standards of construction. However, the current design for the new home being built at 107 Hidden Cove Drive by Lennar does not fit within our community's aesthetic. This is not just about maintaining uniformity; it is about preserving the value and integrity of our homes.

Moreover, we are facing an issue with the location of cluster mailboxes. They were located away from where most residents reside making it inconvenient for us to access our mail daily. This may seem like a small inconvenience but over time it adds up to significant wasted time and energy.

According to data from the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), homes that do not conform with neighborhood standards can negatively impact surrounding property values. We urge Lennar to consider this information seriously and build according to established neighborhood standards.

We also request that they consider relocating cluster mailboxes back closer to residents' homes as per United States Postal Service (USPS) regulations which state that mailbox locations should be convenient for customers (source: USPS).
