We, the undersigned, are concerned citizens and motorcycle enthusiasts who demand immediate action to address the serious safety issues with the Kawasaki W175 motorcycle.

The W175 model has a design flaw that causes the engine to overheat, posing a significant risk to riders' safety. Despite knowing about this issue, Kawasaki has failed to recall the affected bikes, putting profits over people's lives.

With Immediate Effect we urge Kawasaki to:

1. Immediately recall all W175 motorcycles with engine overheating issues

2. Reimburse owners for the full purchase price

3. Cover all medical expenses incurred due to the overheating issue

4. Implement new quality control measures to prevent similar issues in the future 

5. Implement new customer support service workflow system as currently there is no communication from Kawasaki for registering and tracking a complaint to closure. Kawasaki does not respond to emails or provide any key updates to the owners of the bike.
