We demand a full and transparent investigation into the roles of Annette Harris and Shannon Harris in the tragic and preventable death of 13-year-old Naziyah Harris. As her grandmother and aunt, they were entrusted with her safety but failed to protect her. It has also been revealed that Jarvis Butts, the man who took her life, impregnated her prior to killing her. 

Despite knowing about his documented history of child abuse, Shannon Harris continued a relationship with him, willfully exposing Naziyah to unimaginable harm.

Both Shannon and Annette Harris lied under oath during court proceedings, attempting to cover up their neglect and complicity. Adding to the urgency, Annette Harris currently has custody of additional children. Given her role in this tragedy, it is imperative to investigate her actions and ensure the safety of those in her care.
