Backstory:

Michelle Walker d/b/a STL Buy & Sell Realtors in St. Peters Missouri

submitted an application for acceptance to purchase land in a euro-centric homesteader community in Arkansas that is comprised of about 160 acres of which they present with certain "controversial criteria".

Upon denial of her application Walker proceeded to file a civil complaint citing various elements that would support "discrimination" in violation of federal fair housing laws.

Without regard to the controversial acceptance criteria of R..L. and the arguments Walker may present in her civil suit the "MOTIVE" for the application is what may be of particular interest to many, like myself.

The rhetoric I employ in my polemic may be indicative of my assessment.

If the citations within Any Coulter's column are accurate with regard to Walker's testimony as to motive for the application it presents as on it's face as being entirely disingenuous and with all subtility Ann Coulter expresses the same suspicion.

Michelle Walker is a "bad actor" and her application was not in "good faith"

Upon application she knew that it was a "white separatist" community and that lot's were being offered to members for purchase for the sole purpose of homesteading.

Michelle Walker by her own admission was not interested in becoming a part of the community. Quite the contrary. Her statements with regard to the community members were derogatory and socio-politically charged.

Per her own admission (of which is highly suspect) she wanted inclusion to purchase lots for the purpose of investment. To realize capital gains. To exploit the below market price intended to attract homesteaders to the community.

The intent of R.T.T.L. was for homesteaders to make a contribution to the community. Michelle Walkers motive was as a "carpet bagger" to financially exploit the community.

There is more to this story of which this format would classify as TL;DR. Therefore I will conclude in stating that many who will read this article are well aware that Michelle Walker is a "progressive activist insurgent". - Ann Coulter also realizes this dynamic with regard to Michelle Walker and quite frankly, out side of Walker's progressive "eco-system" she has become the subject of "eye rolling" and mockery. - Her schtick is as old and antiquated as Vaudeville.

If i may make reference to the eminent analytical psychologist Carl Gustav Jung: ~ "If you cannot understand why someone did something, look at the consequences—and infer the motivation."

In Conclusion: I stand with Ann
