Demand Justice for Wrongful Medically Kidnapped Infant from Dallas Children's Hospital

The Issue

On May 1, 2024, an unbelievable incident shook our world. Our precious 2-month-old baby girl was taken from us at Dallas Children's Hospital by the Department of Family and Protective Services (DFPS). With no substantial evidence, we were accused of child abuse, a claim we vehemently deny. Our plea to set the truth straight and bring our baby home has been persistently dismissed by an unyielding justice system.

In Texas alone, between 2019 and 2020, 546 children were medically kidnapped, a heart-wrenching spike from previous years (Texas Department of Family and Protective Services, 2020 Annual Report). This alludes to a worrying trend where families are being torn apart based on unsubstantiated accusations, and more so, an urgent need for reform in the DFPS protocols.

Our family is living proof of a system in dire need of change. This petition isn't merely our cry, it represents the silent pleas of all those parents subjected to similar circumstances without a platform to share their ordeal. Injustice meted out to any family is a disservice to all families.

Our battle is not merely to bring our baby girl back home; it's also about getting our voices heard, revamping the inadequate system and policies, and preventing other families from facing this heartbreaking experience. We call upon you to support us by signing this petition. Help us expose these injustices and bring about meaningful change. Stand with us to bring our baby girl home. Sign the petition today.
